Our involvement can begin during bid phase, providing commercial review, risk allocation assessment, programme input and subcontract packaging strategy to ensure submissions reflect realistic delivery exposure.
During construction, we are present onsite — working directly with project teams, supervisors and subcontractors. We represent the contractor across all interfaces, including internal delivery teams, Principals and Engineers, and subcontractors.
We lead day-to-day programme management, commercial control and contractual positioning. Cost to Complete forecasting, structured variation management and active risk tracking are embedded into live project decision-making — not managed remotely.
Subcontract procurement and coordination are aligned to project risk profile and performance expectations, with clear accountability across interfaces.
