Andrew Johnson (AJ)

AJ is a highly experienced Contracts Engineer and Supervisor with an extensive background in civil construction and infrastructure delivery across Canterbury. He has acted as a Supervisor on behalf of Christchurch City Council for a number of years, providing him with an in-depth understanding of Council requirements, construction standards and specifications.

AJ has particular expertise in Three Waters infrastructure and is well recognised for his practical knowledge of CCC specifications and how they are applied in the field. His extensive site experience enables him to quickly identify construction issues, assess practical solutions and ensure works are completed in accordance with the required standards.

With a hands-on and pragmatic approach, AJ works closely with contractors, consultants and clients to resolve issues early and keep projects progressing. He combines strong technical knowledge with a practical understanding of construction methodology, allowing him to provide clear direction and effective oversight on site.
