He began his career as a Quantity Surveyor, where he established many of the administrative disciplines and financial systems that now underpin his project management approach. This background gives him a sharp commercial awareness and ensures financial accuracy is embedded in every decision he makes.
With a strong foundation in site-based delivery, Elliott’s leadership style is grounded in real-world experience. He is renowned for his sharp attention to detail, ability to navigate complex challenges, and commitment to keeping programmes on track through proactive problem-solving.
Elliott’s approach is relationship-focused—he builds trust with clients, empowers teams, and maintains strong supplier coordination to ensure seamless delivery. Born and bred in Wānaka, Elliott enjoys all things snow-related and makes the most of every opportunity to head to the mountains.
